Today Michael and John have been for a meeting at the Commonwealth Foundation.

We went to a D&AD lecture today, given by John Hegarty. Here’s the Cog team with Joe and George, on their way to the Institute of Education, where the lecture took place.

John, Michael and Mike have been to the Commonwealth Foundation, where they have been treated with all kinds of refreshments.

We’re working hard on the branding of a new venue, somewhere in the UK. We can’t tell you where or what it’ll be called but here’s a spider diagramme that might give you some clues.

Today has needed some hard thinking. We’ve been sitting in the garden with our unofficial mascot, The Brain, giving us his support.

It’s John’s last day at Cog, to thank him for all his hard work over the past 4 years, and to wish him well in the future, we bought him an Olly Moss print and got a print of a great poster he illustrated and designed here at Cog.

Michael from Tincan popped into the Studio this afternoon. We been discussing websites and making lists.

Joe is back in the studio for the week, not only is he doing some great work and he also brought sweets for everyone in the studio.

Time Out is going to become a free publication. We received our last ever paid for copy today, Ocky took a moment in the Cog garden to take it all in.

Joe, Michael and Ocky have spent the afternoon chatting through initial ideas for a branding project, we can’t discuss it yet, so we’ve blurred it out.

Michael has been in Canterbury today. Here is one of the large cases in the Explorers & Collectors room in the Beaney, we sourced an original 19th Century map to create the background vinyls.

Today, Nicola learned the hard way, that keyboards and liquid don’t mix.

The change of seasons is well and truly upon us, so we’ve been doing some autumn cleaning today. Here’s Nicola enjoying the task of jet washing our doorway.

Michael arrived bright and early this morning to see the sun beautifully lighting up the studio.

We went for our monthly Cog Lunch today, at The Hill in Greenwich. Here we are outside, Michael isn’t in the picture, he was taking it.
