We designed our studio; it's filled with light and music. There are multiple meeting rooms, a well stocked kitchen, and an indoor garden (with fishpond). Pop-in for tea and stay to use a spare desk for as long as you need.
We’re next to Greenwich train and DLR station. We have a door right on the concourse but it’s different to our postal address.

Opera Holland Park website
Opera Holland Park’s season is an incredible undertaking. Each year they build a huge operatic arena in the grounds at Holland Park. They stage multiple world-class operas and events, and then take it all down again.
We worked with their team to create a beautifully crafted site that shifts in tone and emphasis with the annual flow of their activities.
The site is fully integrated with Spektrix which was adopted as part of the first iteration.
Moving to Spektrix at the same time as designing a new website was a really daunting prospect. Cog made that complex undertaking seem simple, taking us step by step through the process.
We have continued to support the team and integrate new features ever since, allowing them to take full advantage of features such as ‘custom basket’ and ‘express checkout’ as well as our own innovations in using Spektrix as a paywall to on-demand video content.
For Opera Holland Park, membership and sponsorship are vital sources of income. The site supports this by allowing tiered priority booking, unlocked only to those with specific memberships, all backed with up-selling messaging.
We are particularly pleased with the ways we have tackled the specific challenge faced by all opera companies – how to be clear which performances are available, when.
As with all of our work, the site takes an audience focused approach. Casual viewers can easily see performance dates and availability at a glance, via the roll-over calendar (with data synchronised with Spektrix via our custom API integration).
And on event pages, users can access detailed availability for each price range, on a day by day basis. And its another great opportunity to upsell memberships.
The Cog team took the time to understand our idiosyncrasies and complexity in ways that helped our team to trust their advice. That made for a smooth, efficient and highly effective result – and one that looks great too! We’ve seen fantastic results.
As well as ongoing support for the website, we are on-hand to provide communication and design services in any area.
For instance, as the company evolved we helped them with a rebrand. We created an updated visual identity and new logo, and we codified their visual language and colour palette.
We continue to be their digital partners, managing the day-to-day maintenance of the site alongside interesting innovative projects to enhance their digital offer – such as on-demand video and more specialist Spektrix integrations.
