Making Music was already the UK’s largest organisation for leisure-time music making; they were ambitious to be even bigger.
They approached us to create their first fully-integrated recruitment drive (rolled out with the minimum possible budget).
Our first task was to listen. We chatted with our clients and their members, and we delved into their data. We were keen to find our why people joined (and why they stayed).
It was clear that their membership was comprised of people who wanted to play music and loved collaborating with others. They joined Making Music because they are a one-stop-shop for all the admin and practical necessities, the stuff that they don’t want to spend time doing themselves.
Together, we settled on the idea of ‘do more of what you love (and less of what you don’t)’.
Then we set about turning that research into compelling designs.
Thank you so much, you were again absolutely brilliant to work with, and gave us a really good result
