An unexpected surprise. We’d kind of forgotten that Ben Travis and Helene Skoge, from The Marlowe, were coming in. Luckily Ocky was well prepared.

It’s our 21st anniversary in a couple of days. At the end of our celebratory meal, John and Ocky are experimenting with techniques for lighting their sambucas.

Our studio goldfish was looking a little lonely, so today, we got him 3 new friends.

Today the team have been busy contemplating the Cambridge Corn Exchange re-branding project. Here’s Mike, Ocky and Dave with their ‘thinking faces’ on.

Ocky has been down to the Charles Dickens Museum to discuss the design of a site hoarding with the museum director, Florian.

We have a new book in the Studio, Dave is enjoying getting his nose stuck into it.

Today, a very happy Ocky, took delivery of the Cultural Olympiad North West brochure, which we designed for the Arts Council England.

The team have all taken to their pens and pencils today. John is concentrating hard as he sketches out ideas for a current project.

A lovely sunny day and Claire Turner, from the Commonwealth Foundation, has popped in to the studio, she seems to have brought the t-shirt weather with her, so Mike’s all smiles.

Abi Knipe, from Paul Hamlyn Foundation, has been in to see Ocky and Michael today. She’s popped in to talk about us working on another of their initiatives after bring so pleased with the latest work we have done for them.

We were told the crate, for tools to fix the lifts in Greenwich station, would be outside our studio for 16 weeks. Almost a year later the crate has been taken away, and so, thankfully, has the rubbish. Once again our entrance is easily visible for all our lovely visitors.

It’s lovely and sunny and Nicola has been tempting the team with talk of ice cream all week, so today, as it’s Friday, she popped to the shop to bring back the team some refreshing treats.

Another sunny day and Mike and Ocky have taken to our indoor garden to enjoy a spot of lunch.

Today the Cambridge Corn Exchange team have been in to the studio to see the initial rebranding concepts we have been working on. Here’s John talking them through one of our ideas.

Michael has been out and about visiting clients today. On his travels saw lots of flags and bunting and these Jubilee preparations along the Mall.
