After 51 days with us, it’s Dave’s last day (for a while); he’s having trouble saying goodbye to the tea.

Ocky’s enlisted the help of some new friends to get the poses he’s been sketching just right. The rest of us couldn’t quite achieve the right form, apparently.

Ross has been to The Proud Archivist in Haggerston to check out the competition to the Cog World Cup captains cards, on Panini’s ‘Wall of Wonder’, part of the ‘World Cup Wonderland’ exhibition.

Ross is at the Royal Albert Hall to see a performance by one of our clients. Who is it? Here is a subtle clue, by way of a 10-foot-tall logo (on a luminous pink lorry-trailer).

Ross was in the National Maritime Museum Gardens for Muaré, the opening night spectacular of Greenwich + Docklands International Festival (who were our clients in the mid 90s). The Spanish / Argentinian company Voalá performed their ‘optical art-piece’ by dangling from a giant crane in front of The Queen’s House, with live music from the excellent Duchamp Pilot.

It’s Joe’s first-day of proper employment (since his placement here last summer), and we’ve sent him to the Cog Kitchen for the most important job of the morning.

It’s Michael’s birthday. While he was still opening his card, Ocky wasted no time getting stuck in to the celebratory summer fruit & ice cream platter.
