After waiting for Apple to iron out any inevitable kinks, we’re excited to finally be upgrading to Mavericks. Nicola’s watching the progress bar like a hawk.

This afternoon, Michael’s been making signs, taking old things down and putting new things up on our studio pinboards.

Michael and Ocky are at the British Library for a catch up meeting about an ongoing project.

Chris, who provides us with IT support, has been in today updating all our computers to Mavericks

We’ve rebranded the Theatrical Management Association renaming them UK Theatre. Ocky is taking some time out to have a read the new look UK Theatre magazine, which we’ve designed as part of the rebrand.

Today, all the team have swapped their mouses for pencils and pens for a session of drawing and sketching out ideas.

Michael and Mike are working “together”, making amends. Michael is playing the role of the annoying client, asking Mike to make things “slightly bigger”.

David Brownlee, from UK Theatre, has been in to our studio to have a chat with Michael this morning. Ocky’s very pleased that he came bearing gifts of several copies of the new look UK Theatre magazine.

An afternoon visit from Croydon College graphics students – lots of great questions and enthusiasm.

Adrian, from Apple Colour, has driven all the way from Bristol with our proofs for a new Crafts Council job.

Ross has been to meet Chris Hill, Membership Manager of Royal Museums Greenwich, at the National Maritime Museum –proving to be a bustling half-term destination as always.

Michael’s dog, Molly is paying us a disruptive flying visit; Michael’s spending most of his time keeping her away from our fishpond.

We’ve just had a delivery from our printers and Nicola’s having a nose through the ‘Trends in craft and education summary report’, which we’ve produced for the Crafts Council.

We’ve been sorting out our old file copies this morning. Ocky’s understandably protective of the last remaining sugar bag, which featured in 2008’s Museum Of Docklands ‘London Sugar & Slavery’ exhibition campaign. The other six have all come to a sticky end…

The Making Music team are here to brief us on new work and to talk about the success of the campaign we designed late last year.

An interesting Cog Night, we’ve been to Dennis Severs’ House, where motto is, “You either see it, or you don’t”. Ross saw it.

Michael’s in an anonymous meeting room in the glamorous West End, discussing our involvement in new campaign with/for National Campaign for the Arts and others.

We’re fitting a ceiling-mounted projector; Michael’s up in the roof securing wires to the trusses so it doesn’t fall on our clients’ heads.
